A student leader from the province of Ilocos Norte who has a dream of changing their community. During his younger years, he has experienced problems and have seen the sorrows of life, but he did not stop dreaming to reach his goals. As young as 16, he conducted activities in their community like school supplies distribution, Run for a cause activity, and been involved in many organizations which aim to help the youth in their province. That made him one of the new Faces of Ilocos Norte cited by the Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos. He got various awards in public speaking not just in their province, but have competed nationally and internationally. Enactus Ph awarded him a leadership award last 2016 being the team leader of the Enactus national finals grand champion. He has attended a lot of seminars and conferences on leadership, naming one is his last conference at Hiroshima and Tokyo Japan for the First ASEAN University Student Council Union Conference. Currently, he is the newly elected Chairperson and Student Regent of Mariano Marcos State University.
