Jestoni A Olivo is a technical assistant at the Office of the Chairman of the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) – the country’s antitrust authority – where he conducts research on market competition-related issues and effects of competition policy to welfare and development. Before joining PCC, he served as project officer in the Department of Finance and managed a portfolio of official development assistance in flood control infrastructure and multi-donor trust fund. He is a graduate of BS Economics (magna cum laude) in Mariano Marcos State University, City of Batac, Ilocos Note.
