Atty Leny Papa is a lawyer, professor, and consultant based in Metro Manila. Her work with multi-national organizations and international academic organizations include ongoing projects with the Asian Development Bank, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the University of East Anglia Centre for Competition Policy. She was the Chief of Staff at the Philippine Competition Commission, and currently teaches at the San Sebastian Recoletos School of Law. The purpose of her research grant will be to comparatively review the harmonization of competition policy and laws between the US and ASEAN partners, leading to a publication and presentation at the ASEAN Experts Group on Competition.
