Lyka is a BS Medical Technology student from the University of Santo Tomas - Faculty of Pharmacy. She is a Junior Coordinator for the Red Cross Youth Council – Pharmacy Unit and an Executive Staff – Outreach Committee in the Faculty of Pharmacy Student Council, and was chosen to represent the Philippines in the UNIV Asia-Pacific 2020, UNIV Rome 2021, and UNIV Hack 2022. She is also a student leader actively volunteering in a non-profit organization, Kalinangan Youth Foundation, Inc. (KALFI).

She was known for her child-like enthusiasm and cheerfulness. She enjoys painting and watching anime. She widened her experiences by traveling and reading novels and memoirs. She is independent, analytical, and system-oriented, has a well-rounded personality, and has a strong passion for scientific investigation. With her determination and discipline, she was able to be a consistent achiever in both curricular and non-curricular activities. In her valiant pursuit of self-mastery, she allowed herself to discover the world more.
