Erick Marco G. Ramos is an Instructor of English Language and Literature at the Philippine Normal University, Faculty of Arts and Languages. He teaches Literary Theory and Criticism, Contemporary Literature, American Literature, English Literature, World Literature, and Teaching Writing. He also works as a freelance policy consultant providing inclusion advice and capacity-building support to local and international corporations, government agencies, and non-government organizations. His research interest is contemporary critical disability theory and the representation of diverse disabled characters in Literature and the media. Also, he is looking at how the teaching of critical theory can improve inclusion and diversity in schools.
