Ruskin John D. Desingaño is a Department of Education teacher and has been a part-time faculty member at Cavite State University-Dasmariñas. He currently serves as a Teacher III at Talon Integrated School, where he specializes in language instruction and learner-centered teaching. He began his career as a language teacher and has steadily advanced in the profession since 2015. He holds a Master of Arts in English as a Second Language and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English.
