He never imagined himself becoming an educator, but over time, teaching became both his path and his passion. He is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Southern Mindanao, where he has spent the past seven years working closely with undergraduate and graduate students. Beyond the classroom, he has taken on leadership roles such as Department Chair and College Research Coordinator, experiences that have shaped his commitment to academic growth and service.

As a Fulbright scholar, he is excited to immerse himself in U.S. university teaching practices and learning environments. He hopes to bring these experiences back home and contribute meaningfully to improving education in the Philippines.
