International Leaders in Education Program (ILEP)
The ILEP is for high school teachers of English, Math, Science and Social Studies who have been teaching in the secondary level for five or more years. ILEP consists of a semester-long non-degree, non-credit academic program at a U.S. University and internship in a high school.
Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGrad)
The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program offers a semester or one academic year scholarships in the U.S. to outstanding college students from non-elite, underrepresented sectors in society. Applicants must be enrolled in a 4– or 5-year bachelor’s degree program in a Philippine university, second or third year level, and 18 – 23 years old at the time of application.
East-West Center Graduate Degree Program
The East-West Center is an internationally recognized education and research organization established by the U.S. Congress in 1960 to strengthen understanding and relations between the United States and the countries of the Asia Pacific region. Scholarships are awarded to Filipinos to study at the graduate level (master’s or doctoral studies) at the University of Hawaii and participate in East-West Center programs. Awards are also given to Filipino professionals for non-degree advanced work at the Center.
