Anne Marionne is currently a Senior High School Teacher at Catanduanes National High School in an island province in the Bicol region; She is the only child of Mr. Tobias Ramir Osila & Mrs. Meldy Osila and takes pride in her cultural heritage as a Catandunganon. Anne earned her degree at the Philippine Normal University and 21 units in Master of Arts in English at the Catanduanes State University. In 2022, she was awarded the Outstanding Educator in Literature during the 2nd Luminary Excellence in Education and Research Awards (LEERA)
As an educator her experiences involve handling English subjects to heterogenous classes and being an editor in the Radio–Based Instruction Program of the Division of Catanduanes. She is also one of the regional and division writers and editors of the Self–Learning Modules (SLMs) for English. More so, with her passion for honing students' public speaking and critical thinking skills, she and her colleague established the CNHS - SHS Debate Society.
In her spare time, she indulges in leisure reading, writing, and volunteering. As a Foreign Language Teaching Assistant and a cultural ambassador, she will spend nine months at Skyline College, immersing and learning more about the American culture while continuing her advocacy of promoting the Filipino language through community engagement and collaboration among her students and colleagues in the program.
