The Consortium for Study Abroad in the Philippines (CSAP) is the central resource hub dedicated to forging strong cross-cultural and educational links between U.S. and Philippines Higher Education Institutions

Administered by the Philippine American Educational Foundation (Fulbright Commission in the Philippines), CSAP leverages decades of experience, having facilitated exchanges for over a thousand U.S. students, scholars, and professionals in the country.

Our Primary function is to streamline the study abroad process to ensure U.S. students receive world-class academic and cultural immersion experiences in the Philippines. Through this effort, we aim to promote mutual cross-cultural understanding, establish powerful global linkages between institutions, and ultimately, strengthen the enduring relationship between the Philippines and the United States.
