Ruby Ann J. Camposano serves as an educator, researcher, and member of the Philippine Army Reserve Force. She entered the Department of Education in 2005 and is continuously rendering her service with joy and pride at San Gabriel III Elementary School. She is a graduate of Bachelor’s in Elementary Education at Sorsogon State University and pursuing a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling at De La Salle University-Dasmarinas. She’ll be joining FULBRIGHT DAI 2022-2023 with the high hopes that the program will provide greater opportunities for the exchange of ideas thus learning the best and innovative practices collaboratively.
As an educator and aspiring guidance counselor, she is mostly engaged in teachers and pupils’ development. She initiated different school-based programs in child protection to help the needy children and in guidance and counseling. She developed various school-based studies where she is successful in bringing the research outcomes to different research forums both local and international. She is continuously involved in designing various training activities for teachers in the areas of research and teaching pedagogy. She had been participated in different international event conducted by SEAMEO-Japan Education for Sustainable Development Award, SEAMEO Congress 2021 and SEAMEO Schools Network. Recently, she earned virtual language training from SEAMEO Regional Center for Quality Improvement of Teachers and Education Personnel (QITEP) in Language (SEAQIL).
As a testament to her commitment, she rendered military service as an emergency responder and is always readily available to respond to emergency situations anytime. She made her day listening to music, gardening and writing literary pieces.
